  5. ***How to use: You must be running version 1.19p or 1.20 (Cov. Ops) to 
  6. use this mission.  Copy the enclosed .MIX file to your C&C directory, 
  7. and start C&C.  Select the "New Missions" button from the menu, and 
  8. then select the mission name from the list and press OK. Enjoy!  If the
  9. mission does not appear in the list, then move all SC-###.MIX files 
  10. (except the enclosed one) out of the C&C directory into a temp directory, 
  11. and try again.  Because of the ease of use, no savegame is enclosed.

  37. It just keeps getting better and better and better...  Because of this
  38. ongoing 4-way war between us, CDI, NOD, and NOO, the European Community
  39. has gotten tired of all of our forces.  The military groups from the
  40. European continent have seceeded from all four sides and have set up
  41. thier own group - EDI (The European Defense Inititive) and have
  42. declared that they are going to force all the other groups out of
  43. Europe.  And, because they have members from both the former GDI and NOD,
  44. they can constuct units and structures used by both sides.  We thought
  45. NOO was going to be fun to get rid of.  We weren't counting on this EDI
  46. being formed.  You now have new priorites of destruction commander:
  47. 1) Destroy all EDI units & structures.
  48. 2) Destroy all NOO units & structures.
  49. 3) Destroy all CDI units & capture as many structures as you can - the
  50.     Construction Yards are NOT to be destroyed.
  51. 4) Destroy all NOD units & structures.
  52. With that in mind, we are deploying you to sector 18.  Remember: EDI is
  53. to be destroyed, you are to capture as much CDI as much as you can.
  54. Oh, by the way, you are the only loyal GDI commander left in Europe,
  55. and there is no reserve for reinforcements for you. We thought you 
  56. might like to know that.
